Recruitment Manager
Bring your talent acquisition skills to lead our end-to-end recruitment and shape how recruitment supports our wider organisational strategy.
We are hiring a Recruitment Manager to join Purpose Ventures at a pivotal stage in our growth. This is a hands-on role at the heart of our hiring efforts—managing day-to-day recruitment activity, actively sourcing candidates, and partnering closely with hiring managers. As we grow, you'll also help build the underlying systems, processes, and foundations that will strengthen our talent function and support long-term, strategic hiring.
This role will lead and support recruitment across the organisation—including our Venture Associate and Venture Partner roles, as well as a variety of supporting and specialist roles. You will be responsible for shaping and delivering recruitment strategies, designing effective and inclusive hiring processes, and ensuring a positive and professional experience for all candidates. You’ll balance strategic thinking with practical delivery—actively headhunting exceptional candidates, partnering with hiring managers on job design, managing end-to-end selection processes, and equipping teams with the tools and coaching they need to hire well.
As the role evolves, you will collaborate closely with colleagues across the organisation—including the Head of People, Head of Communications, and COO—to shape how recruitment supports our wider organisational strategy. This will include growing our employer brand, optimising tools like Team Tailor, and helping to develop internal resources such as our Recruitment Guide—laying the groundwork for a best-in-class, scalable talent function.
