We are seeking an exceptional Head of Finance to join our high-impact, rapidly growing organisation. At Purposeful Ventures our vision is a fairer society, where all young people thrive. Our ventures cover Children and Families, STEM Excellence, and Music and Arts.

This is a unique opportunity to apply your financial expertise in a purpose-driven environment. You will be responsible for ensuring our finance function supports the organisation to maximise its impact. Your responsibilities will include leading financial planning, including providing brilliant financial insight to facilitate decision making, overseeing our relationship with our external accountants and making sure the right financial systems are in place. You will also build a team to support you and the wider organisation as we grow.

We are looking for a tenacious and impact-focused finance professional with a professional qualification (ACA preferred), experience in charity accounting, and a proven track record of strategic financial leadership. You will need strong expertise in financial planning, budgeting, and analysis. You will be as comfortable thinking strategically as you will knowing the detail of our work.
