- STEM Talent Fund: supports initiatives that identify and develop young people with exceptional talent in maths and science, particularly from under-represented backgrounds.
- Music Excellence Fund: a new area of focus for us, this work will create opportunities for young people from low socioeconomic status (SES) backgrounds to achieve excellence in classical music, access high level musical training, and progress to conservatoire and into the profession should they choose.
You will also take responsibility for grant management and reporting for these funds, working closely with the Director of Philanthropy to track and report on delivery for our supporters.
Successful candidates will bring extensive project management skills, analytical rigour and experience designing robust processes. You will be confident communicating, in person and in writing, and enjoy building lasting relationships.
